Glouster St. Renovations - Sorensen Design

The townhouses located near the beach, Nelson Bay, Australia, were in need of renovations and repair. The client needed some insight into how the townhouses might look with a concrete render and some structural alterations. The privacy blade walls were to be altered and new ones built on the two end townhouses. This is done to support the louvred sun shade, replacing the existing cloth awnings.

After measuring the existing townhouses, a CAD model of the proposed renovations and a photomontage was made to determine their impact contextually. Several colour schemes chosen by both Sorensen Design and the client were used to determine the most suitable colour scheme in relation to the context and preferences by the occupants.
